In terms of fast food places, this is easily the best (and kind of underappreciated) out of all the other fast food places. I have YET to have a bad experience with their food. Always amazing, especially their sourdough melt. Love, love, love Culver's.

We LOVE Culver’s food. The quality is good for the price. We also love the courteous staff and clean restaurant, but the drive through is NOT efficient. We waited 20 minutes and finally someone came out to tell us they lost our ticket, verified the order, then went back in to make the food. This is the second time that’s happened at this location. Greatly disappointing.
