Crowded. But I’m supporting HBT tonight.
Asked for a 2 scoop vanilla ice cream Turtle Sundae. Got 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream only. When I questioned it I was told that I was given the Turtle Sundae. Well it was not a Turtle Sundae without Carmel and pecans. But definitely charged the $5.59 for 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Will remember that next time I need ice cream.
I ordered a gluten free bun and a small fry with my hamburger. I got neither. I need a gluten free bun because I have celiac disease, which is why I go to Culver’s and not McDonald’s, which doesn’t have that option. I’ve worked at McDonald’s in the past and have done grill orders, special orders where you have to make little or big changes to what you make. Slow down, listen, get it right. You’re fast casual and already make me wait for my food. I’ll gladly wait a few more minutes to let you get the order right. You need to get it right.
