Customer service is top notch. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. My order has been correct every single time.
I've been waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous! Still waiting and no food yet! Now 40 minutes! Seriously!!!!! I changed it only because DJ made it right by apologizing and giving me some gift certificates. Good thing they have him around. Apparently the person delivering to the car said I was gone and threw out my food. Now why would someone pay and then leave. That kid definitely needs more training.
I usually do not like to write reviews and get everyone makes mistakes, but the last 3 times I have gone here to get food it’s just been horrible! This last time the forgot cheese on my burger I had to add my own, burger is dried out and my bun looked like it had been stomped on , no ice in my soda , and they forgot my fry , made me go in and there had to be at least 5 employees just standing around talking just disappointed I like culvers
