Best hot fudge sundaes and milk shakes anywhere. Plus best friendly staff from kitchen help, those working the drive through and cashier's. Clean cut, personable young people who make your stop there highly pleasant. Facility very clean. Love the food, ice cream and personnel. Once you go there, I guarantee you will go back again and again. What more can I say? Love Culver's.

Who ever owns this restaurant needs to take a good look on who they are hiring. I came in and wanted to order a butter burger but the cashier Eric is at the top of my list for horrible customer service. He constantly kept messing up my order and putting in things that I did not even ask for. I tried asking for a free scoop of lemon ice but he did not even listen and tried charging me asking me to pay when I wasn't even finished. He also did not answer my questions of the free scoop options in a professional matter. I apparently had a very hard time trying to get my order in and he did not seem to understand me at all. So I had to go to a different cashier and finally got my order in correctly. As a manager my self Im offended that people like him work here and will not hesitate to fire an employee who works like that in my restaurant. The culver's in aurora at 75th street has way more better customer service and will definitely go there from now on.
