Above and beyond service!! Everyone who works there cares about service. I love the parking attendant. Courteous and needed. Keeps us in order and safe. Food is always great. I want to give a shout out to the friendly humans at Culver's for their fantastic customer service. Tonight in the drive thru, my order was somehow missed, but that's okay, mistakes happen. After I asked someone if they could check on my order, they did, and 5 minutes later, brought my food out, apologized for the wait, and also brought me not one, but THREE (good) coupons which have two free meals and a dessert. Owning up to mistakes and welcoming back guests in any service industry is important, and this place really hit it out of the park tonight with fixing a mistake. Much appreciated. Service has always been great, friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 Anyway, onto the food. Food is always consistently fresh and tasty. Never had a bad meal from this location. Friendly & quick service. Food was fresh & hot. Restaurant was clean. Good quality all-American meal. Price increases not nearly as high as other area fast-food joints.Will definitely be back!
