It is actually impressive that they manage to get my order wrong every single time I go there. They got my burger wrong so I went back to get it fixed. When I walked inside I was behind people from the drive through who also received wrong orders. And when it was my turn, they somehow got my order wrong again. I understand mistakes happen but this location is atrocious. And when I try calling customer service to receive a refund no one is ever there to answer. I will be taking the extra 10 minute drive to drive to the Huntley location because their workers are actually competent people.
I've been to Culver's many times and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh, the service is always good, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I had their cod sandwich yesterday for lunch and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. It was absolutely delicious!
Had good experiences here until today. Order a mini concrete and has 2 pieces of plastic in my concrete
