I frequent this Culver’s 1-2x a week, and my order is always correct & the food is always good. I did deduct two stars for the service unfortunately :/ No exaggeration, every single time I come through the drive thru, the order taker is nice & polite, and then whoever is at the window is rather rude. It has happened with multiple employees on mutliple occasions. The person at the window NEVER greets me, and never even says my total, just whips the window open and holds their hand out for my money. This really rubs me the wrong way. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble so I don’t want to identify anybody, I just really hope the owner/manager sees this & addresses this with their team, because it is something so simple that honestly ruins the experience for me :(

Culvers has been lacking good service at many locations. Very shorthanded like many establishments. This one wasn't bad. Only got ice cream.
