Crust Brewing

All I can say about Crust Brewing is that it is amazing. I give them a 5 star for great food, scenery, and the beer is amazing as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!!

Awesome service and friendly staff. Went to Rosemont for a walk and couldn’t stop from exploring the brewery. Took the beer flight to try all of the 7 beers and loved the ‘Against the Grain’. Their shareable menu is for 3 people and pizzas are 12”. Must try their spicy ranch dip with fries ????

A refreshing experience replacing Hofbrauhaus with room for improvement on the customer service and food front, although, I think this spot just opened today. Loved the seating, bright interior, and spacious bar area. Went around 1pm and were less than ten patrons dining. Waited about 10min until actually served. Their own brewed beer was unique in their own way, not terrible. Elotes was great as well as the Steak Frites. Interesting choice of complimenting the Steak with a side of giardiniera, but along with the usual chimichurri. I really wanted to like the White Pizza option of The Maple but it was lacking the layer of garlic parmesan cream sauce. Tasted more like a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Maybe the cream sauce cooked too long. I did enjoy the signature crust though. Would be willing to try another pizza option next time.
