Crown Fried Chicken

I did not want to believe the countless bad reviews on this place so I decided to order, . What I got in return was rotten tasting mashed potatoes and a wrong side order. I LOVE crowned fried chicken franchise but this location is one of the few that ruins the name of it. . Please, all you have to do is put labels on everything and keep track of their last usable date and their temperature to prevent poisoning someone with food, . and when you cook something use the thermometer to KNOW it has hit 165°F Any chicken or stuffed item has to be 165°F Fish and shelfish 145°F Don't touch ready to eat food with bare hands, clean your hands first or put Clean gloves . Don't use dirty gloves to pick up the phone or anything else besides the first thing you touched Ready to eat cold vegetables at 41°F - 55°F Any ready to eat hot held food at 135°F for only 4-6 hours max . I really loved the food here. I have worked and lived right near this restaurant for a long time now and I just recently ordered take-out. I wish I had tried this place sooner the food was delicious. The chicken was hot and juicy and fresh. The fries were made to order and they give such generous portions. I've already been back and everything was just as delicious. I think I've found a new favorite take-out restaurant. There is places to sit and eat if you want to eat there.

I go to many of the Crown fried chicken locations. This is my favorite one to go to . The fried chicken is always fresh and delicious. The guys running it are super polite and I always had my orders quick.
