Crossroads Restaurant & Bar

I have been going here for years with my friends from Saddlebrook Farms. Usually the service was pretty good. The food is hit and miss. But tonight was outrageously bad. We had a reservation at 5 PM for 7 people, but no one was working to seat us. So after waiting awhile to took a table in the corner. A man I think was one of the owners asked if we were the reservation, and we told him we were. Then we waited and waited. I had to flag down someone to get the menus. Finally our waitress came and took our drink order. Her name is Morgan. We asked for separate checks. She took the meal order and that was it. When we got our checks there was an addition of $7 as a tip. That was fine for my check as my husband and I had a bill of over $40. But one of our guys was single and had a bill of only $14. He also had a tip added of $7. When he asked about it Morgan said it is on the menu that because we asked for separate checks there was a charge of $7 per check. I never saw that on the menu, an

Excellent service , we went on a Saturday afternoon , food was fresh and we'll executed I had a Italian beef and my girl had a wrap both were well made. The server was attentive an cordial ,they have open bar patio with big screens , yes I would come back for the loud sport atmosphere and the food.

I came here a couple times and its always the same bad and rude service from the bartenders. If you are not a regular forget about getting any service, had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a beer and 5-10 minutes to close my tab because the bartender was to busy talking her regulars and ignoring the rest.
