Service was excellent, reasonable prices, and everything was cooked perfect. The chicken sausage was particularly yummy, I think it's homemade. Pancakes were average but they were good. My only wish is that they would switch to better quality eggs. You can tell they're those mass produced factory farm eggs by the yolks being really pale and bland.

As you pull into the driveway, it's a tight squeeze with cars parked along the edge of the driveway, but it opens to a very good size parking area. Very nice little Diner, with both inside and outside seating. Music playing in the background, a mixture of 60 / 70s decor on the walls. Only open for breakfast and lunch, closes at 2PM. From the conversations and interactions with staff, sounds like a locals are majority of their customers. Had a short wait to get seated. Staff very friendly, Menu is very limited, not really traditional breakfast menu, they have their own little spin with what how they make their dishes, and the ingredients. Once we ordered it was a good 10+ min waite for our breakfast. Food was good, would recommend have salsa on the side, and not on top the meal. They keep it refrigerated, and it's more wet then chunky. The COLD Salsa doesn't go with your HOT breakfast. Be better if it was room temp, and not so wet, you end up having a pool of salsa juices on you

The vibes are immaculate but the food was pretty rough. Upon walking in and feeling transported back to the late 90’s, I was delighted. This was definitely the kind of place I would have loved in college. Dave Matthews crooning in the background and all the trappings of a 90s breakfast diner made my heart sing. As a former vegan and current vegetarian, I was excited that they had Just Egg on the menu. But my delight ended when we received our food. My scrambled egg came out soaked in so much oil that I had to soak it up with two napkins like I was eating greasy pizza. My partner’s over medium eggs had globs of uncooked white and definitely weren’t medium. The grits weren’t edible and were super watery. The chicken sausage, biscuit, and horchata French toast were decent and the jam served with the biscuit was delicious. The fruit cup was the star of the meal with fresh watermelon and grapes. I really wanted to love this place and was very disappointed it wasn’t better.
