Craft American Eatery - Prime 36 Restaurant

Prime 36 is a breath of fresh air in an area that’s difficult to find good food. The inside is clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The service from the wait staff and restaurant manager was attentive, warm and personal. The chefs were energetic and humorous. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work - always a good sign in any restaurant. Most importantly, the food was clean, wholesome and delicious. There are some hearty vegetarian options and some great steak dishes for the carnivores out there. No shortage of dessert options for the sweet tooth either. A favorite dish was the Cobb Salad which I added strip steak to. And at the end of a long day, try the house lemonade – made fresh and in the style of the bartender on duty. Revitalizing! There are several hotels in the area. If you find yourself needing to stay somewhere nearby for an extended period (and you don’t have a car), consider prioritizing staying within walking distance of Prime 36. A great priced restaurant right on the hotel. We order a grilled salmon with a Cesar salad and a steak. Both meats were cooked to perfection and excellent flavor. The complimentary garlic bread is delicious! Our server Tuta was very friendly and she has a great personality to make sure everything is up to order. It’s my second time here and look forward to eating again whenever I stay at the Candlewood suites or visiting the Miami area.

I would say my experience was not very good, service. Food was good but service was not good. Server was to busy talking on the phone while serving having her AirPods on and talking in spanish and taking the orders. Waffle got served without whipped cream and when i asked and she said it should not come with it where as in its clearly written its come with whipped cream and syrup. Well she is to busy to know what there menu is. Cappuccino was not up-to the mark. Overall i gave this place 2 star. Pls improve your service and teach ur employees what service are. Thank u
