Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Wait time longer than expected. The store is full of all kinds of things which are pretty and useful but very pricey. I was there for dinner and lunch the next day. Seated quickly, dinner was the Maple Bacon Chicken which wasn't a good combination in my opinion. Lunch was slammed busy! Wait time was much longer than told and I had to go in to see where we stood in the queue. Got in, wait staff was slammed too. I have no fault with the waiter - he absolutely did his best! I got the French Toast which was soaked in butter, adding syrup couldn't change the odd taste. It seems like the food just isn't as good as it used to be.

Despite being a chain of stores, their attention is special and the food really reminds us of family breakfasts on Sundays at home Parking: Very wide parking with easy wheelchair accesibility.

First really good dining experience our family has had in a very long time. The food was amazing. Our waitress was the best! We had a party of 7 and she was cool, calm and collected. We left her a very generous tip. She was so surprised we saw tears in her eyes. Recommended dishes Biscuits and Gravy, Hamburger Steak, Carrots … More
