Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We went here for breakfast this morning. I used to really love Cracker Barrel. I would get hot eggs and biscuits and gravy and it would be delicious. I feel like the quality has gone downhill in recent years. This time the eggs came out cold and the gravy was somewhat warm. Although they did promptly swap out the food for new hot food, it's pretty annoying to be paying more for food quality that has deteriorated. I think what keeps me coming back is the cute country store attached to the restaurant. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. They really need to upgrade their quality of food to convince me otherwise. The waiter, Stephen, was great though!

Cracker Barrel is always a fun spot to visit. This location is no exception. We went at 9am on a Saturday and were seated right away. The food is great and the prices are good. The store is the best part for me. It is so much fun to look through all of the decor, clothes, trinkets, candy and vintage drinks. They are always reasonably priced. We love Cracker Barrel and it's always a treat when we visit. Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant. If you don't like to dine with lively kids, I would skip this restaurant.
