Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

For starters I came back to this location after ordering online and my order being incorrect. Today I decided to to come in for lunch and I ordered the fried chicken . The chicken was soggy and salty . My waiter Darius had a sweet spirit and was very attentive as he glided effortlessly through the dining area ! The manager showed zero emotion as he explained that they fry the chicken then place it in an steamer . This is my second encounter with this manager as. I stated earlier I ordered food and did not get my entire order I have been sitting here literally 15 minutes waiting on a refill and food . If this is the standard of customer service then I most definitely will never eat here again . It is disgusting to serve people old chicken there is no excuse

Despite the fact they were understaffed and busy you could tell the whole team was working together to make sure every guest was taken care of. My sister and I both were beyond impressed. Not only were we taken care of in a timely and professional manner, but our food came out quickly and more importantly correctly. The food itself was the best I've ever had from one of the many cracker barrel locations I've visited. Our server Akebia was such a sweet heart and despite being busy she was polite and took the time to talk with us and make sure everything was right and didn't try to rush away she was very cool under the pressure of the busy crowd. She kept our drinks full and even asked if we wanted a drink to-go when we were finished. Every staff member we met today from the host, the kitchen staff and the cashier were phenomenal. They all deserve to be given praise for their outstanding team work and beautiful service. You've got an amazing group of people at this location.
