A side of fries is comical! (See below for size comparision) $3 for literally maybe 6 fries. Im dead bro. Maybe for a toddler. Anyways, we also ordered Grandmas breakfast sampler and mommas French toast platter. Pancakes were pretty tasty and had a little crunchy edge which I love. But they give you this tiny glass bottle of syrup (see below next to fries) However dont order scrambled eggs because it's just boxed ones and they dont even fluff them up to make em look good. Bacon was on the drier side too. So overall breakfast foods were rather disappointing. Maybe dinner will make up for it one day
I love buttermilk pancakes and gave Cracker Barrel's buttermilk pancakes a chance. It was moist and had a fried taste that I had never experienced before. Very delicious! The only thing I suggest to Cracker Barrel is improving their maple syrup. It was written on the bottle as '100% pure syrup'. To note, it is not '100% pure maple syrup' since close to half of it is cane syrup which made it subpar. These great pancakes would deserve better maple syrup. Overall, I would definitely eat these pancakes again.
This location always has great food and good service. I like getting the cheesy hash brown tater tots. I was surprised to see they now serve alcohol. After eating I always enjoy looking around the store and seeing if there's anything I'd like to buy they always have the cutest stuff.
