Good food. Always a long line on Saturday and Sunday mornings as expected. Worth the wait if your tired of waffle house. Plenty of fully stocked gifts to purchase. Definitely worth stopping in. What’s the sense in ordering curbside if you still have to go inside and get your food or call once you’ve arrived and been waiting awhile? Aside from ordering curbside, arriving 10 minutes after the time it should have been ready (lesson learned from ordering curbside a few weeks prior and having to go inside to get it after waiting 10 minutes in the car, and waiting another 15 minutes inside for them to finish my order), checking in via a text link and still having to call to find out when it would be ready, once I began to eat my food I found an eggshell in my eggs and cheese on the bottom of my Impossible sausage (I’m allergic to cheese).
Customer service is the worst if your ordering Togo. Order is never ready or the food is wrong manager and associate completely nonchalant. If u ask for a refund they make u wait 10 days. Told me they gave my order away and completely did not care! I called and spoke with Kevin he tried to make it better but still no food
