Our server Shirley was outstanding. She was extremely busy with many tables yet she got everything right. Food was served hot and timely. We had time so we shopped and found a cute owl. Fair price for big lunch.
I love Cracker Barrel I really do but I’ve never been more disappointed with it then at this location. I took my date here and was really excited. I had asked if there was a way to substitute my side for pancakes even at an up charge and I was told no which was ok but the waitress didn’t seem to enthusiastic to help. I never got her name because she didn’t introduce herself. So anyway we ordered and it was pretty empty and food was taking quite a while but we were having a good time so we were patient. As I Mentioned it was really slow but yet the waitress was nowhere to be seen when we needed something. At one point another waitress stepped in to help fill our drinks. Finally when we got the food my day ordered the country fried steak and it was undercooked And I got the fried chicken and it was burnt and dry. The mac & cheese was like water and had no flavor the biscuits were undercooked the only thing I can really say that was enjoyable was the coffee. The meal was around $60 and ho
I am both a customer and stock shareholder in Cracker Barrel (CBRL). I have been dining at CBRL for over 30 years and staff was always willing to substitute similar items on orders. On 05/14 My wife and I dined at 4680 Lenoir Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Very poor PR and Customer care. 1. Server would not allow substitution of pancakes for French toast. 2. Excessive wait time for food after ordering over 30 min. 3. Silverware was nasty looking water spots - did not look clean. 4. When food finally arrived server forgot one of my sides - had to be asked to go back for it. She totally forgot what my order was. 5. Ready to leave so I asked the server for a "to go box". She replied "OK" and instead of getting me one she started cleaning tables behind me. I had to get a "to go box" from a hostess as server wz clueless 6. At checkout the cashier asked how was everything and I replied "Not up to standard". She called a Manager who identified herself as "Amy". Amy's response was "I'm sorry we
