Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Flavorful food in a quaint atmosphere with lovely customer service. Check out is a bit of a hassle - they apparently don't trust their wait staff to collect the bill and you'll have to wait online to check out. Features: Most but not all staff wear masks.

Our quick stop for a lunch turned into a 2 hour stop. Our waitress was new (she told us) and very friendly. However, we were served food without utensils and had to wait. There were no napkins. We were served a basket of bread with no plates, napkins or silverware. We asked for plates and they arrived after we ate the bread leaving crumbs all over the table and sticky fingers. Our waitress was very busy and tried. The kicker, we saw other people- waitresses- just walking around and not helping her (till the very end). I had asked for napkins from one of them and she ignored me. The store is awesome! Friendly, helpful and tons of snow globes!

Fried chicken lunch comes with carrots & one other side of your choosing. My friend ordered plain chicken tenders, with no breading. Now offering alcoholic drinks. For desserts we ordered peach cobbler and chocolate cola cake with chocolate icing, each came with scoop of vanilla ice cream. All food was yummy! Waitress was attentive & friendly. Gift shop is always packed with pretty clothing, candy including fudge, & lots of gift choices for adults & children. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable choices and salad. Parking: Plenty of parking except on weekends and holidays it can get full. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap in front and if someone holds front doors wheel chair is possible. I suggest going left after entering & down near cashiers aisle to get to hostess desk/dining area (otherwise aisles are very tight in gift shop)
