Everytime I go there, the staff members are always polite & helpful. There are days when they have been busy with long wait times, but, they are very apologetic & helpful. My past visit, I was not totally pleased with my order, but I gave 5 stars because when I called back in regards to my order, RIGHT AWAY, the manager was very understanding, apologized, and stated that she would replace my order with a meal of my choice, at anytime. Two days later, I went back and my meal was replaced in 15 minutes of putting in the order. Round of applause....I am totally pleased & satisfied with the service, food, & kindness of ALL the staff members!!
