Crabking Seafood & Burgers

We recently moved to the area and have really been eager to try some new places. Today we decided to try K-Pop Burger on 423... this is the first and last time! We should have been alarmed when the establishment was completely empty at lunch time on a Saturday but the bright lights and the appearance of being so clean drew us right in for our worst experience in the area to date. Let's start with the horrible service, the young Korean lady (no name tag) on the register was as dry as the Sahara desert not to mention RUDE! In our excitement we explained it was our first time and tried to make small talk to ask questions about the extensive menu... we were made to feel like just place your order and move along... she was so rude, she practically threw me a cup, she was handling the register and food. Still trying to stay positive on this beautiful Saturday morning... after placing my order I continued to look at the menu for hopefully what would be a future order.. I was told 'if you don

Avoid this place. Reviews online were good, so we decided to try it out. Before I unleash the poor food review that made me walk out and not even finish a tenth of my food, let me say the customer service was great. The people were nice and the place seemed nice. Ordered two combination specials each supposedly with 1/2 lb of shrimp. In the photos you'll see we only got 7-8 individual pieces of shrimp and the shrimp looked very old. The food was bland and flavorless with an extremely unappealing look. The shrimp seemed extremely dirty and old. Look up my previews Reviews, I don't just slam places for food I don't like. The shrimp made me feel as if I would get sick if I ate it. Ordered wings as well, just tasted like Frank's red hot and chili pepper nothing bad, but wingstop tastes better. Walked out. $96 down the drain. Nothing was good but the service.

Great burgers! I was able to finish my entire K-Pop style burger without being sick all night. In a serious note, the service was quick and attentive. The restaurant was clean and very well put together. The burger? Awesome, one of the juiciest burgers I’ve had living in the area. Meat was flavorful and I couldn’t stop eating. The fries were spectacular—crispy slightly salty and just the right size. Definitely will come back again.
