I experienced the most disgusting and horrible experience at this location. The waitress was so rude and snatched my husband’s bag to remove a mistake that the cook had made. She also started to raise her voice at our table. She ignored our table and our requests for refills. I have never felt so disrespected by anyone yet an employee at an establishment that is known for customer service/food handling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also have contacted the city’s food inspector because this establishment allows for their employees to take back the food and reserve you the food on behave of their mistake. Such a shame because this is a great place for social gathering.

I ordered food to pick up last night at the Bkfd Restaurant. I forgot to confirm it was complete until I got home, and called back to report the missing items. The young man at the store insisted he was too busy to issue a refund, as he was working alone. We have noted this on a prior visit. He said I would have to return to the store to get my card credited (which of course is not true). Today I returned to the store and explained the problem to a young lady (over the blaring gangsta rap noise). She said she would need to have the manager help me. A heavily tattoo'd young man approached and said, "Yeah?" I explained the problem again, and he walked away, returning with a cash drawer. He tossed bills almost equal to the amount I'd been charged for the missing items on the counter. Stunningly rude and insolent attitude. We won't be back.
