C.R. Noodle House Thai & Lao Restaurant

3⭐️ - willing to give it another try Just your typical vietnamese/lao restaurant you can go to if in a pinch or convenient to go to. The roasted duck we had was good but was not the crispy or typical chinese roast duck. The taste was good that I may order it again. The tom yung, however, just came from a paste mix that you can easily make at home. Maybe if they just added some kefir leaves and more lemongrass it will be slightly better. There were some dishes I want to try again.

Absolutely delicious food that tastes and feels like you were being served right from somebody's home kitchen. The hostess/server is a super friendly and helpful person, and I presume she is an owner because it's apparent that she really cares about the food being served and the satisfaction of the customers. All of the portion sizes were generous and truly were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to be served a complimentary fried spring roll on top of the appetizers and entrees we ordered. This restaurant may be a bit of a drive from Franklin or Nashville, but it is worth the drive!

I dined here with two of my favorite people tonight, and I'm so glad I saw the sign while visiting another spot in Lavergne! It's a small joint that does a lot of takeaway, so I think we only saw 2 other tables sit and eat while we were there. We spent a lot of time talking, though, as we do. The service was kind and good. She recommended a beer for my friend when they were out of the one she wanted and suggested it well. We got everything we ordered, even at the spice we wanted. And it was well priced and good portions. I of course brought my takeaway containers and have a lunch for later this week. We started with crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and fresh summer rolls. Though all were good, I really enjoyed the fresh summer rolls. I don't like peanuts, but I put some of the chili oil on them and they were divine. I ordered the Thai basil tofu level 6 and it was delicious. I would probably order a 7 next time, but having a 1-10 scale threw me off. I'm so used to 1-5 scales. Despite it not be
