Cowboy Burgers & BBQ

Been staying here for years this is the first time I actually had something to eat here. I have to say it was great. Had a steak sandwich with onion rings and chili cheese fries. So good do yourself a favor come in and get some good it’s great.

I am a truck driver from Texas and after a recommendation from a truck driver friend I came to try the food. Yes, they do have a place to park your truck and trailer but you have to pay 20 dollars or spend that amount in food to be able to sleep overnight. I had the tri-tip BBQ sandwich combo with chili cheese fries and a large drink. The tri-tip was extremely dry and bland. It had a beautiful look to it including a really nice smoke ring but the moisture and flavor was just not there. They do add a really good portion of meat in the sandwich which you can see as a plus or a negative. The BBQ sauce was just ok, it may be homemade and I found the flavor of applesauce in it for some reason. The chili cheese fries were on point, hot and fresh with good chili and generous not overwhelming amounts of cheese. The fries had a nice fry seasoning on them that gives them a really good flavor. The restaurant is clean but the mens restroom is not very clean and needs to be updated. I wou
