Cousins Subs

Seems they don't listen very well, it took 3 repeats to hopefully get it right but yet it was still wrong. I stated I wanted the standard cheese plus extra, that being cheddar. Well someone took it upon themselves to omit the provolone cheese that comes standard... All while watching a group of six continually take back partially eaten sandwiches stating they were miss made. Sometimes it seems as a rip off of a business, but yet when you get carry out and get home just to notice you've been ripped off... Not good.

Always have good, fast service at this location. Often coupons available. They don't have a drive through here but it is close to the gym and they have never messed up an order. The staff is always friendly. The french fries are delicious, crispy, and fresh. Cousins supports teachers in various ways so that is a bonus.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly and informative. I had the cheese steak with fries and a rooter. The cheese steak was just alright, u probably should have gotten it without the shredded lettuce. How ever the fries were expertly done. The root beer was a pleasant surprise, it tasted like a vanilla heavy A&W.
