I love Cousins, but this one stinks. It never takes less than 13-15 minutes to get your food, and it is wrong half the time (including today..put on gobs of Mayo when I wanted none) And today, I walked to the bathroom and noticed how bad the floor was behind where they are making the food. (Photo below) The employees goof around and have no sense of urgency. And I get it.. it’s tough to find people to work... but they need to figure out how to get this Cousins to the level that every other one is... which is excellent
Great service!! Nick and Soren were very friendly and my subs were made very quickly. Delicious subs
Won't go to this location again. Asked for extra lettuce and as you can see didn't get. Used to go here all the time growing up. Now this last time going here.
