Cousins BBQ

Almost everything I have had at Cousins is awsome and I never thought I would be disappointed... However, today I tried the banana pudding... I took one bite and spit it out. It was gritty, like it was made from a powder. I am not sure if this is their usual recipe or they tried something new, as this was my first time trying it... As it stands, I won't pay for it again... Now, I would like to emphasize that it's ONLY the banana pudding. Everything else I have tried has been amazing!! Fix that and it's 5 stars!!!

A huge change from 5 years ago. The pandemic can be blamed for it , I suppose, but I don't have to like it. Gone is the condiment bar as well as the service counter where I could actually see the sides and order from there. The brisket sandwich was dry and full of burnt ends. We didn't order any sides. For the last 5 years every time we visited from Tennessee (moved there from Fort Worth 7 years ago) we tried to get some BBQ from our once favorite spot. At least the bright side is we can take it of our to-do list from now on

Was a regular...this last time the food was barely edible. Pulled pork sandwich was all fat. Fried okra was way over cooked. Chopped beef looked liked it had already been eaten and extremely salty. So unusual, used to be a very good restaurant. Very sad...
