Cottonmouth Southern Soul Food

We went there for the first time last night to see the Paul Nelson Band - he played with Johnny Winter and others. Show was great! Very good food also, but most notable about this place was the great venue for seeing music at this level! Its a small outdoor yard, with widely spaced tables and they only sell tickets for the seats, no standing room. So it is like seeing a show in your own backyard, but you do not have to cook or wash the dishes after the show. Staff is very nice. We were able to park around the corner from the place on the street, not sure if that is true on season. Highly recommend you try this place.

We've been wanting to visit for a long time but just hadn't been able to for one reason or another. So glad we decided to check it out on the weekend they were hosting women in blues! We couldn't get a seat in the full house out back so we sat out front. We ordered the crab cake, calamari and fried green tomatoes. Everything was very good! Definitely will be going back.

Four of us went there for Sunday brunch and the accompanying music. The courtyard setting was well laid out and reminded us of Key West style outdoor dining.
