Cotijas Taco Shop

Super unimpressed. I ordered the Cali-surfin burrito which was just ok and 5 rolled potato tacos. They charged me for 5 and gave me 3. There was almost no potato in the tacos and they gave us one hot sauce and didn’t offer mild or spicy like most taco shops. We will not be returning.

I had the Quesatorta al Pastor combo, because it looked interesting. Don't let the name fool you into thinking it has cheese in it. I wouldn't recommend this eating establishment unless you go on Taco Tuesday's when the tacos are a dollar; it's simple, inexpensive, and no other communication is needed. It's overpriced and the customer service really needs an overhaul. Our group had 2 Spanish speakers and all 3 of us speak English, and no matter what language we spoke the 'owner' wasn't able to take our order unless it included aggravation and clamouring over a simple order. Reiterating at least 4 times, it was still wrong, and the lettuce tasted like bleach and soap. Whether your having a bad day or not, give your all to your customer service skills and correct mishandled orders, that saves on substandard reviews and unpleasant word of mouth.
