"CORSO, Italian Eatery & Cocktails," at the Hyatt Regency Rochester New York is a great place to relax, have a drink and a meal or appetizer by yourself or with friends. I've been a Rochester NY caricaturist "regular" nearly two years. The serving staff is first class, friendly and runs the restaurant & bar to be safe and smooth. In warmer months, food & drink service may be on the 4th FL CENTER CITY terrace with a beautiful outside view of downtown Rochester. IDEA: Please be sure to ask your friendly server about local craft beers, and wines from the Finger Lakes Region of New York. Bar and kitchen service hours may vary. The kitchen appetizer & meal menu is viewable by scanning a QR code at the bar. Please call and ask about room delivery of your food order. CORSO is a good restaurant surrounded by the space and hospitality service expected of a Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Basic food options, which is good if they’re done well. Place with questionable hygiene. Cup of coffee smelled like dish rag. It seems the place runs off Hyatt guests who don’t know any better.

My family and I have dined at Corso multiple times and I can say that both the waitstaff and the manager at Corso are great people. Service is always friendly and the manager is always there to greet you with a warm and friendly smile each morning. We look forward to coming back again.
