Quant brick oven pizzeria that's tucked away behind the Cheddar's restaurant. My first time here tonight. I ordered a medium pepperoni, bacon, mushroom and onion pizza. See my photo. The tomato sauce has a little sweet to it, probably due to the tomatoes. However, I'm the sort of person who likes the pizza sauce to have a little garlic/Italian spice flavor to it. Also, this place serves hand crafted soda, which I really like too. All-in-all, a very pleasant dining experience!!
This is my new fav place for pizza. I always call in our orders and pick up since location is just across from our subdivision. Very tasty pizza that's hot, fresh, made to order, and staff is always super friendly. Laid back, family friendly atmosphere in dining room. Pizza sauce is awesome, and they offer a wide array of tips, crusts, along with other traditional Italian fare.
We enjoyed a great meal at Corky's tonight. The service was great and the food was fantastic. We had a Corky's Special and a Margherita Bianca. Both had just the right amount of toppings and a nice little char on the crust from the brick oven. It's BYOB too so come prepared!
