Copper Grill

This was my second time eating here. The first time, I didn't like the meatloaf but loved the atmosphere. We decided to give it another try because we got engaged and wanted to celebrate with a great meal. I figured there would be something else I would like. I ordered the shrimp and grits. I'm from the East Coast, and I should have known better. The shrimp were freezer burnt. I was so disappointed. It ruined my whole meal. Those mac and cheese balls are delicious, though. I forgot what the drink was called, but it had rum in it, and it was delicious. My fiancé ordered the catfish and fries, and it was salty. He's had a headache afterward. Gaven, our server, was a delight. Very professional. We appreciate the kindness. I really wanted to love this place, but sadly, that was our last time eating there. For the price I expected better quality food.

My husband and I went here as a lunch date on a Saturday around 2:30. There was no wait! We got a table immediately. The atmosphere was nice and service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I was skeptical at first because the menu is limited, but they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Nice lunch over here at the Cooper Grill. While the lunch menu isn’t extensive, the items available were really well done. The desserts were probably the best food items here though. From the bread pudding to the crème brûlée….you pretty much can’t go wrong. A recommend from me.
