My group scheduled a 3-day training at the events center for many years, but won't be returning. In July 2022 we scheduled 3 days at the events center for a 3-day education training. This was the first time back and encountered new management, chef, and staff. AV did not work properly and there was only a handheld microphone - I requested a countryman or lavalier mic a month prior. This meant the presenter was expected to hold a mic for 3 days. The speaker system had a clicking noise and staff admitted that no one knew anything about AV. Lunch buffet was subpar and they ran out of food for each of the 3 lunches ordered for buffet. Our food order included 7 extra meals due to cancellations and no-shows, so there should be no excuse for running out of food on a buffet with 10-20 people left to serve. "We can't control how much someone puts on their plate" was their reasoning. With smaller plates, this was simply poor planning for catering. This was a buffet, not a plated meal where porti

Went out to celebrate a birthday and karaoke. It was a great time. The food was very good and I recommend the Ribs.Fall off the bone Karoke was a blast too with everyone having a turn or 5. We sang solo and duets. It was a very fun evening
