I work and travel extensively in Italy and this is the best Italian food experience I’ve had in the USA. It’s authentic with a hip twist. The restaurant design is so thoughtful and reminiscent of the older days, which is so Italy. Thank you. We will be back again and again and again.
Great Restaurant. I am Italian American and a pretty good cook so I normally don’t eat Italian out. This place is good. We had the chopped salad, supli and roasted carrots with black garlic for starters. We had the Bucatini all'amatriciana, Cacio y pepe and a gnocci with lamb and beef ragu for pastas. All fantastic. I will note the all’amatriciana was different than traditional with the addition of red wine to the sauce. It was still very good but i prefer the O.G. Our service was great as well.
6 of us spent a wonderful dinner at Coperta. The food was fabulous, as advertised. We had the Monkfish and the grilled Bik Choy. The staff was helpful, warm and friendly. Not cheap but not crazy for what you get
