The driver thru lines were moving smoothly, my food was ready when I got to the window. The staff was friendly/professional and the food was delicious to say the least. Thank you for the awesome customer experience.
This was my first time trying Cook Out, coming from the Northeast where none are found. In all honesty, the burger I ate (spicy chicken) was mediocre, being a little too dry. However, the 4 stars come from the banger milkshake (highly recommend Banana & Pineapple shake!) I tried. Also not overly expensive, and good-sized portions (2 sides) for their trays that certainly to fill you up, and then some.
Food & shakes are great! Please change the amount of grilled onions the come on orders. Way to much & are that tasteful after a while.
