This is for the night shift! They are an amazing crew of people! The customer service was outstanding! My kids and a I had a particular bad night in an emergency room. They were hungry so I searched to find a place open at 3am. Cook out on western Blvd was open. We got there to find that it was insanely busy. When we got to order our food, the person who took our order was very patient and understanding that we were deciding. The person who took our payment and gave us our food, was kind, funny and sweet. This, under all that pressure!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Best service at a cookout ever! The rest could learn from this night shift team! Thank you for making a bad night better!

I love cookout. There was a crazy drive line through because it was a game night Saturday, but they were efficient. Probably took all of 20-25 minutes. Love myself a Cajun chicken tray with cheese bites, fries, and an Oreo mint milkshake.
