Cook Out

It was good when it first opened, however, it has gradually declined since. From service to cleanliness (I even once found a wad of hair in the bathroom floor), it has been going downhill. Tonight was the last straw. My husband went through the drive-thru. The staff was rude to him, had an attitude, and was short in general. When he got home, this was what I had on my Cookout style burger. A tiny amount of coleslaw, no chili, and a stale bun. The fries were so bad, our dog wouldn’t even eat them. This is the last time we will visit this location.

Great food, milkshakes and very good service! Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because we waited an extremely long time to place our orders. Other than that though, great overall experience.

I regularly eat at this location but this is definitely my last time. First time I received an entirely wrong order, second time the food was burned and got the incorrect shake(asked for chocolate and got cappuccino), and this time another incorrect shake (asked for peanut butter fudge and got only thick peanut butter in the cup and no hint of fudge). Each time the people at the window have an attitude. My family and friends will no longer be eating here.
