The food was good (as usual), but the drive-thru line was total chaos. I'm honestly surprised I didn't get into an accident. A first for me was that a Cook Out staff member actually asked me to *back up* when I attempted to approach the window after ordering. The poor guy at the window looked stressed and overworked when I finally got my food.
The wait was long but they actually got our order correct which is more than I can say about the Sunset location. My husband and I think that that location must have a sick game they play to mess up every order. Anyways, we didn’t have that issue at this location and it is appreciated!
