Cook Out

Solid experience every time I go here. Except this one time where it was another customer, not the employees. They have gone up $1.25 on cook out trays in recent months, but inflation is a thing, so, you know. Overall, the food is good here and the environment is unique so that's cool. probably my favorite fast food place around.

Ordered a BBQ plate and got something thrown in a foam container that was supposed to be meat. No bun or bread just a ball of meat. Tasted nasty. Fries and hush puppies were good but that's about it. This was the 2nd time there as I went there when they first opened and found out that nothing changed. Will never return.

Okay... my first time after driving by for 4 years. I orders 3 trays to take home to guests at the drive through. The shakes were thick and damn good! Excellent straws to support the required sucking! Now my burger trays was spot on. Hot fries and hush puppies. Mom asked for a plain burger. Also with fries and hush puppies. Her burger had the works. My nephew also got a full burger tray though he enjoyed a corndog instead of hush puppies. Unfortunately he wanted cheese only. Overall, the food was good, we just didn't get it like I ordered it, even though the ticket was correct! As Joe Peschi says... they f&^% you at the drive through. The call to corporate said they'd send vouchers. I expect them to follow through.
