Cook Out

If there was a negative star I could give, I would give this place -5 stars. I JUST sat in the second line that they have, that is usually always open after getting off work tonight. Sat in that line for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I had to go around, ask the girl working the window what was going on and she closed the window and ignored me. I parked, came to the walk up window and explained to her what was going on and why they didn't block off the second lane because another line was building even though no one knew they were not taking orders in that line. Completely unprofessional, rude staff that just wants to get off work and do it to their liking with no customer service. I know good workers are hard to find but this made me never want to come back here again. I hope management can do something about this or conduct better training. If you're short staffed, it happens. But at the very least, block off the other lane if you don't plan to take orders from that

This location is usually the one I don’t have to worry about with my order accuracy. But tonight that was not the case. I ordered my cookout tray, then 2 corn dogs, 2 nuggets and cheese curds. No problem with ordering. However, the young lady was distracted by her Apple Watch that she didn’t verify my order to make sure my 2 corn dogs were in my order. So now I have paid for items that were not received. I live far from the cookout and I’m hungry now. If I drive back my food will be cold. It’s not like I can call the store for a reimbursement either. ????
