Cook Out

This was my first time ever stopping by a Cook Out despite seeing the line morning, noon, and night. For me it would definitely be hangover cure/prevention type food, but I will say the service was good. I had no idea what the most efficient way was for me to order and the server helped me out quickly with that offering recommendations of how I could order and save money. The only reason I am taking a star is because I definitely asked for Cook Out sauce (knowing it will be a minute before I ever go back), and in haste I was given Polynesian sauce. What a bummer, right?

This is a Decent establishment, like most cook outs it's fairly busy especially on the weekends. During the week you may be able to get through the line in the evening hours within less than 7 minutes which is fairly decent for cookout. The weekly staff are professional and attentive. I gave them 4 stars because I have had my order incorrect on a few occasions. Overall this location is a win. Kid-friendliness: Great chicken nugget tray, offers two sides and a drink. They also offer a chicken wrap, and quesldilla as other options that go well for children. Parking: Ample parking

I hate ordering from a bunch of chaps!!! First off they are rude, and disrespectful through the speakers, they are lazy!!! I places 2 separate orders, and because they rung it up together, I was told I had to pay for both orders in full, because they could not un do what they did! Then gave me an receipt that did not break the prices down so we could correct the change! Our food was old, after waiting in line for a while to place order, and my bun was soggy! Tonight was the worst experience I had in a long time, will not waste my time for that type of service again!!! I wish they would hire ppl who really wants a job, and not just playing around all night telling customers what they don't have, and can't do!!! Shut the place down, and put something else more useful!!!
