Tried to give this place multiple chances. Worst cook out I've ever been to. Too bad this is the only place in the area open past 1 am.
We went to McDonald's today, just down the street from Cook Out. It was a disaster at McDonald's so we left and went to Cook Out. There were two people in the drive thru in front of us. They ordered and were quickly given their food. We placed our order, drove up and within a very few minutes we had our order - and it was correct. The young woman who waited on us was pleasant, courteous, and professional. We are now happy Cook Out patrons. Thank you Cook Out for restoring our faith in fast food!
Just a quick stop. Very convenient. Food was hot and the order was correct. Time to change out the CO2 tanks though. Soda was definitely on the less fizzy side. Would go back though.
