HORRIBLE customer service ladies were rude to EACH guest on Sunday Nov 4 in the MORNING time It wasn't even 11 am yet and I tried to order from the breakfast side got the rudest response from the lady denying that they closed breakfast And they still had a good hour before 11 Food was alright but the customer service was so horrible never again.
My veggie omelette was very thin. Asked for sour cream they didn't have any...the cashier wasn't friendly. $6.31 for this is not worth it. I'm still hungry geez!
They make really good chili-cheese fries and I regularly order their Crispy Chicken melts. Those are really delicious. One thing that really surprises me about this restaurant is their exceptionally fast service. This Coney Island often has dishes ready in 10 minutes or less! They definitely pride themselves on their great food and great customer service.
