Conejitos Place

Food is really good here. everything served on paper plates, very not fancy. authentic. only a few options but for vegetarians they have you covered. I had the 3 chicken enchiladas with rice and beans and couldn't finish. service is just ok. they make you wait outside until your party is all there and they don't let you have your own space. multiple people came to take out food order. I hear sitting at the bar is better. can get very busy so expect to wait. beer is ice cold. yum.

I was excited to try Conejitos place after hearing so much about it, but I was disappointed. It's small, uncomfortable and really didn't have authentic Mexican.... more Americanized than I hoped.

We have been going for over 30yrs. I only wanted a glass of water and was served a bottle that I was charged for. The side room was closed off and we were offered very uncomfortable bar stools. We don’t mind sitting at bars, but not on seats this bad. The room was very crowded. Almost everyone had to sit at the bar or at the counter.Very close and crowded seating. We go out even with COVID surging again but this was too close for comfort. The food was as expected. An 18% gratuity was added to the bill for an unpleasant experience even though we liked the food. Will find somewhere else for a while that will be our go to for our quick and easy meal.
