Compton's Kitchen

While traveling, I was looking for a good place to have breakfast, and I found Compton's, and I am so glad I did. It was truly amazing. My plate was full on down-home goodness. If you are local, check it out. I promise you will put it at the top of your favorite restaurant list. Try it and you will see what I mean.

I just happened to b in the area n pulled in to check out the new place n was pleasantly surprised. I saw that they had done some remodeling to the place and it wasn’t bad. They were experimenting with some new dishes n I ordered a cheese turkey burger n some fries. And, to my surprise, it was pretty good. I asked about the burger n was informed that they were trying out a few new dishes, to see how they would cross over. All in all, I enjoyed myself n would highly recommend Compton’s Kitchen.

Compton's Kitchen has been a special place for me to visit on special occasions ever since I moved here in July, 2018. So you know I'm only a 'newcomer' here in all seriousness. As a disabled businessman and notorious outcast from the Black water River Water Basin 45 minutes south of the old & de`Funkt•Three Rivers Music Festival and just like my dad tried to teach me - Budgetary Concerns are of Primary Concern for a ridiculed no-count bloke trying to do service in the former swamps of Five Points post-1942 South by-gawwwd Carolina. AND OMG did I have a good time celebrating a new 70 year old mentor's Bellybutton Birthday!!! First time I had ever eaten that supposedly Southern delicacy - Chicken & Waffles!!!! DeeeeLishhhh! Yep it was good all - right - surprised I didn't choke on that silver spoon ???? I had up m......oh never mind: BUSINESS IS GOOD AND I WOULD EAT HERE IN THE RAIN, why I would eat here on a ???? train,,,,,......" I can't wait to go b.a.c.k.!!! Thank y'all. Just perfec
