Food is not good at all. My Gordita had a big piece of plastic in it. Meat does not taste good. There was also a charge on my receipt for something I didn’t order so look over your receipt. Only a few people at the restaurant so I guess that explains it. I think Comales from Round Lake tastes better!!
Honestly shocked that I’ve been in Waukegan for so long and never knew about this place!!!This is the breaded chicken torta dinner. Ana was our server and she was super friendly, and despite being the only waitress and having non stop take out orders her service was great! Most definitely will be coming back!
Not sure if they understand about how rude it is to serve 1 person their meal and your other party/ family 20 minutes apart. Cooks/staff need to be trained on serving everyone in your party/table warm food at the same time. It was literally a waste of a good outing. Regardless of how short staffed you are!!
