Colton's Steak House & Grill

Wife got the small sirloin and I got the sirloin tips with peppers and onions. Forgot our chainsaws to cut the meat. “Baked potatoes” would barely melt the butter. This was at 5 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The salad and rolls were excellent and those were the highlight of the meal. Don’t like to bad mouth waiters, they have a difficult job. But, at least ask me if I would like another glass of tea. At $3.19 a glass, I would like as much as I can drink. Won’t be visiting this restaurant again. The sad part is I can remember when we used to frequent this restaurant because of their good food and good service.

The catfish was over cooked. They didn't give me any coleslaw or tartar sauce. Basically all I was sold was 1 piece of catfish cut up into for pieces, 3 hush puppies & bake potato. The fish had that black stuff in it, so they may have sold me catfish nuggets. Terrible... Last week bought the chopped steak. IT WAS BLAND, with a bunch of fried onions on top. Then I called it in waited 45mins to drive their in olive branch, ms then had to wait another 20mins or more. Will not be going back ever

Awful experience and will never return. I should have known when the place wasn’t crowded on a Friday night at 7:30. Service was extremely slow and non attentive. I ordered an appetizer and never received it. Steak was order medium and came out like beef jerky. I asked for sour cream for the baked potato and never saw the waitress until I was finished and she brought the check. Of course it included the appetizer which I had to have removed. Then she had one pen and took another five minutes to get me one to sign the check. I would recommend elsewhere.
