Collina's Italian Cafe

I ordered and was charged for 5 items on the menu. And only received 4. I callED the restaurant and their solution was to “cop” out and it will be given to me next time I order something. So the only way to get my missing item is to buy something again.. when the error was done on their part. So no real solution. Quick to take your money, but not to fix the issue.

Had THE WORST EXPERIENCE just now ordering To Go food on the phone. That lady , with the tattoos, was so rude and didn’t want to tell me the price of something I wanted to order. He words exactly “I will tell you when you get here” and then I had to try and tell her that I am trying to order food to go and then she’s like “oh then I guess I can tell you” On TOP OF ALL THAT, I was ordering my food and she kept coming in and out of the call and saying that I was the one hanging up. When really she was putting me on hold. Because in one of those in and outs I heard her talking to other people. THEN when I was ordering the pizza (because I looked at the menu online) I only saw different prices under the pizza option but didn’t know what it was for and I asked her and she told me it’s the sizes of the pizza. I proceeded to ask her “whats the size I of the 18.99 pizza?” And she told me in the rudest attitude “all the sizes are there online on the menu!” And I was getting frustrated and irrit

I LOVE the food! I am a transplant here from the north east and have been struggling with finding good food here in Houston. I'm not talking of the Cajun variety, other cuisines. So far I have only had Collina's pizza and tiramisu but they have been AMAZIN! I cannot wait to try other items on the menu.
