Service is fast, but staff is pretty flat on emotion. Coffee drinks are amazing, as is the bakery. Menu is well rounded with plenty of options for anyone. Some items are not as good as others, so there is a consistency issue with food prep. Atmosphere is very clean and inviting.

Staff is always rude. The price you pay for their stuff is outrageous and I understand it’s fresh but you would think with the price you pay you would get good service. Specifically the person with multi colored hair. Tried arguing about a drink order and said they would charge me to make another one. That would have been $15 for a latte. She didn’t want to make it right and blamed me that I ordered it wrong. I said iced. And she even said while ordering she was having a hard time hearing then blamed me for my mistake and wanted to charge me more to fix the drink. Come on people. I like supporting local but sadly Starbucks would have smiled and said no problem we will fix it right up. I come to coffeeville for business meetings every week, from now on we will go elsewhere.
