Coco's Bakery Restaurant

Typical Coco’s: simple American menu, decent breakfast, bit outdated decor, similar to a Perkins. Service was good. Free pie day is crazy with the seniors showing up.

Great food. Love the pancakes. Only one problem and it is, ALWAYS ALWAYS short on waitresses or someone to seat and collect monies after eating. Takes too long from start to finish. If this was addressed I believe more people would want to go back more often. The people now employed are great. Just need one or two more. This is from a former waitress that worked in Palm Springs cal. If there is a large group scheduled. They should not be allowed to take up ALL of the car spaces in front. New customers have to park almost in back and hopefully not fall just to get to the front door which means perhaps there should be a side entrance. May need to look at redesigning the whole place. WOW what a great place this could become. Wheelchair accessibility: Need a better location for a ramp in front. At the end is one of the worse locations. One around the side would help also and sidewalk to put people out of the parking lot.

I waited 10 minutes trying to get seated. Several employees walked right past me and never spoke a word to me. The restaurant was not busy at all... there were several wait staff standing around talking but no one spoke to me at all.... so after 10 minutes I walked out and went to another spot for lunch. Needless to say cocos lost me and several of my friends and coworkers as customers that day....
